Operational Updates
Credit for Missing Orders
If a store licensee is invoiced for an entire order that was not received and would like to be issued a credit, they must notify the LCBO within 5 calendar days of receiving their invoice (PDF or EDI 810), either by sending an email to lcbogroceryoperations@lcbo.com or by submitting a shortage claim in the LCBO B2B Claims App. Invoices are issued every Friday, which means that store licensees must contact the LCBO by the following Wednesday. Emails or claims submitted after the 5 days will not be accepted; the invoice will be deemed correct and credit will not be issued.
Product Recalls - Returning Affected Product
When submitting a Product Recall claim to return affected product to LCBO, the LCBO will issue an email to the store from ProductRecall@LCBOReturn.com to provide the store with a Return Authorization and a link to arrange pickup by LCBO’s designated carrier. It is essential to the return process that store licensees watch for this email and follow the instructions provided. Without actioning this email, product will not be picked up and credit will not be issued.
