GENERAL UPDATES

Grocery ordering update

06 Jul 2024

As we have shared, a strike is underway at LCBO.

Out of consideration for operational challenges caused by OPSEU’s strike, all Grocery orders for products that are supplied by the LCBO will only be shipped by the pallet, and order quantity limited to one pallet per item. Products supplied outside of the LCBO can continue to be ordered by cases.

We understand and appreciate that this may not be an ideal solution for your business. We are sorry for this inconvenience and are committed to achieving an agreement and ending the strike as soon as possible.

In the meantime, you may wish to consider all other non-LCBO supplying sources (The Beer Store and others) to best serve your customers at this time.

We remain committed to keeping you informed.
