LCBO and OPSEU Labour Negotiations Update

10 Jun 2024

As you may know, collective bargaining is happening between LCBO and the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU), the union that represents approximately 10,000 of our team members.  We appreciate that this may raise questions about what this means for your business.

At this point, there are no actions for our agents, suppliers or wholesale customers to take apart from continuing to support increased summer demand. We will be in touch with suppliers and agents if and when necessary.

LCBO remains committed to achieving an agreement that is fair to our unionized employees while focusing on some changes to key areas that will help the LCBO continue to run efficiently and effectively. If you have questions about the status of labour negotiations, please also visit LCBONegotiations.com where LCBO posts bargaining-specific news and information.
