Operational Updates
LCBO B2B Claims Application
Claims for damaged product must include photos of all units/cases that are being claimed. The photos must clearly identify the item(s) and show the damage (i.e. broken, leaking, overturned pallet) for the claim to be approved.
Tips to have Claims processed quicker:
- Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the product, or they will be declined.
- Ensure that uploaded PODs are legible
- Respond quickly to comments left in the claim and emails
- Upload as many clear pictures as possible for damages, with all affected units being visible.
