Tips to have Claims processed quicker:

  • Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the product, or they will be declined.
  • Ensure that uploaded PODs are legible
  • Respond quickly to comments left in the claim and emails
  • Upload as many clear pictures as possible for damages, with all affected units being visible.

Store Licensee User Manuals:

As we head into the fall season, we would like to remind licenced grocers of the resources available on the Grocery Operations website: www.lcbowholesaleoperations@lcbo.com. We encourage you to review the user manuals and take advantage of the many tools and resources available to you on the website in the Documents and Training Manual sections. We have recently updated the user manuals – please take some time to review the new versions.

If you have any questions, please reach out to us at lcbogroceryoperations@lcbo.com.
